Ericka Payne - Head Coach
Coach Payne is a Darby alum and cheered throughout her middle school and high school years. She has been coaching in Hilliard for 5 years and has coached at both Memorial and Heritage Middle Schools in the past. She has been the JV football cheer coach for four years at Darby. She is a graduate of Otterbein College and also studied Education at Ashland University. Outside of cheerleading she works with kids at The Oxford School of Dublin and is pursuing a teaching career.
