Coach Tsai is beginning his first season as an assistant volleyball coach at Hilliard Darby. He has been involved with volleyball as a player and coach for the past 9 years, most recently with the girls program at Darby and the men’s program at Dublin Scioto. A Miami University and Dublin Scioto graduate, Wayne played as the right side hitter/sitter in the 6-2 system. This will also be Wayne’s first season as a volunteer coach with Vanguard Volleyball Club, where he is IMPACT certified. Wayne is completing his first year as a Mathematics and Computer Science teacher at Darby High School and resides in nearby Dublin, Ohio.
